Why we are building Nerva

We spent a while looking closely at how hospitals actually run, and one thing kept standing out. Inside the operating room, everything has been tuned for speed and precision. Around it, the peri-operative workflow has barely moved in years. That gap is where surgeries slip, and where teams lose hours they do not have. We started Nerva to close it, and to rethink the way peri-operative teams work.
